All
registration forms must be filled out completely. Type or print all information
requested on the application. Registrations without parent/guardian signatures
cannot be processed.
All
registrations must include a $25 non-refundable deposit.
If
requesting it, financial assistance campership forms and registration forms
must be included together in the same envelope. Click HERE for the financial
assistance form.
All
confirmations will come by email from camp@girlscoutsdiamonds.org.
Please add this address to your “safe sender” list to ensure delivery of your
camper’s confirmation packet. Please allow up to two weeks for confirmation to
arrive. If you do not provide an email address, your confirmation packet will
be mailed to the address listed on your registration form.
