Knowing how to put together a smart exercise plan is crucial to staying healthy and injury-free! In this two-hour workshop, we’ll cover the basics of setting goals, creating your own cross-training plan and maintaining a lifelong movement practice. You’ll receive a cross-training badge and your own workout journal to take home. Be sure to wear clothes you can move around in comfortably!
Troop leaders and/or parents of individually registered girls will need to stay onsite for the duration of the program unless otherwise directed by the facilitator, assuming safety ratios have been met. To ensure girls have the best experience possible, tagalongs are not permitted to attend events unless otherwise noted.
