Throughout the months of March and April, 2021, ASU Museum will present an escape room-inspired gallery activity: Moon Adventure Game. Guests who engage in the Moon Adventure Game will learn that living in an outpost on the Moon is dangerous! To “survive,” players must solve a series of challenges grounded in real NASA science. This escape room experience is free to the public.

The premise of the Moon Adventure Game is a fictional story based on actual NASA science and research. Players will assume the role of astronauts living and doing research in an outpost on the Moon and learn about what people might need while there. Challenges reflect real scientific concepts connected to lunar exploration. As players conduct research, catastrophe strikes and significant damage is done to their essential life support systems. Can players work together to quickly restore the necessary systems to survive?

Due to Covid-19 social distancing requirements, only one family group, five co-mingling friends, or three non co-minglers may participate at one time. It takes about 30 minutes to finish the escape room activities.

The museum is open from 10am-3pm Tuesday-Saturday.
