Camp NOARK | Huntsville

Camp NOARK's 300 acres have been the home to Girl Scouts since 1967. This property is located north of the intersection of highway 23 and 412, near Huntsville. Camp NOARK offers horseback riding, target sports, a low ropes course, extensive hiking, hammocking and a sisterhood in song to all. 

All registered Girl Scout members receive a 50% discount on property rentals and outdoor activities. Sites are also available to the public and can be booked here for overnights and here for day use and outdoor activities.

Dogwood

Sleep under the Dogwood trees in the newest cabins at Camp NOARK! Dogwood unit offers three cabins, each with one full bath and a small kitchen. This is the perfect getaway for a small family.

Friendship Lodge

The Friendship Lodge has central heat and AC and handles meetings and training events with a day-use capacity of 70. Upstairs (which is on ground level) has one large, multi-use room with large kitchen, accessible bathrooms and showers, sleeping mats for 40, reliable WIFI and fireplace. Downstairs are bunk beds that sleep 38, with a smaller kitchen and bathroom setup. The loft is a separate upstairs area that sleeps 5.

The dining hall has ceiling fans and screened windows, a large fireplace and a fully functional commercial kitchen (window AC). There is a small fire circle, gaga pit, basketball goals and picnic table outside. Capacity of 154.

Chalet

Designed by renowned architect E. Fay Jones, the Chalet has central heat and accommodates eight upstairs in the loft. Downstairs sleeps two in a separate bedroom and up to ten on mats and couches in the living room. It offers a full kitchen, single toilet and small shower.  Window air conditioners downstairs help cool it in summer.  A large fireplace, outdoor fire circle with picnic table, folding chairs with tables, and TV with DVD player are included.

The Troop House has central heat and AC and accommodates 16 people on floor mats and couches.  A separate bedroom contains two twin beds. The Troop House offers a full kitchen, two toilets and a shower, a fireplace, folding tables and chairs, and an outdoor fire circle with picnic table.  The basement rec room offers a ping pong table and foosball table.

The Enchanted Hollow unit has 10 screened cabins that accommodate four per cabin for overnight use.  An outdoor campfire circle, running water and picnic tables are provided, as well as a covered pavilion with fireplace. The unit includes non-flushing latrines and outdoor showers.

The Daisy Patch camping unit has ten platform tents (available April-October) that accommodate four per tent for overnight use. An outdoor campfire circle, running water and picnic tables are provided, as well as a covered pavilion with fireplace.  The unit includes non-flushing latrines and outdoor showers.

Pooh Corner

Pooh Corner has nine gravel tent pads of various sizes for overnight use.  An outdoor campfire circle, running water and picnic tables are provided, as well as a covered pavilion with fireplace.  The unit includes non-flushing latrines and outdoor showers.

Burnham Woods | Fort Smith

Burnham Woods is located in Fort Smith and also serves as one of our regional offices. This site has four facilities used for troop and council events. It is located in the River Valley of Arkansas between the Ouachita Mountains in the south and the Boston and Ozark Mountains of the north and is a gateway city to the Ozarks. This 13.5-acre property includes facilities for meetings including Kelley Cabin, STEAM Center, Cookie Cabins and Ellyn’s House. There are two pavilions on the property with picnic tables, two open activity fields, outdoor kitchens and a forested area with nature trails and a creek.

All registered Girl Scout members receive a 50% discount on property rentals. Reservations are also available to the public and can be booked here for overnights and here for day use at the STEAM Center.

Kelley Cabin

 

 

Kelley Cabin offers a fully functional kitchen and functions well as a meeting space and dining facility with a capacity of 99. It can accommodate overnight guests who bring sleeping bags or cots.

Ellyn's House

Ellyn’s House accommodates eight people sleeping on bunk beds. It offers a small home feel with a full kitchen, modern bathroom facilities including a shower. 

Cookie Cabins

 

Outdoor Kitchen

There are four screened cabins that can accommodate six per cabin for overnight use. There is electrical service at each of the cabins to support fans, chargers, heaters, etc. An outdoor cooking area is provided and includes a campfire circle. Modern bathroom facilities are nearby in the STEAM Center lobby

Radford House | Hot Springs

Radford House is a 14.23-acre property nestled in a wooded oasis in a rapidly developing area of Hot Springs, Arkansas. Radford House offers a spacious meeting room, full kitchen, modern bathroom facilities, cabins, fire pits, hiking trails and a tent area. Radford House is great for groups interested in sightseeing in Historic Hot Springs, or enjoying a back-to-basics camping adventure.

All registered Girl Scout members receive a 50% discount on property rentals. Reservations are also available to the public and can be booked here for overnights and here for day use at the lodge.

Lodge

The Lodge accommodates 30 people for overnight use. It offers a full kitchen and modern bathroom facilities including a shower. Adjacent to the Lodge is a great kitchen/bathroom facility that offers a spacious kitchen with double appliances and modern bathrooms including showers.

The lodge is great for parties, meetings and sleepovers. It has a fireplace for the winter, tables, chairs, craft supplies, and indoor and outdoor games and supplies.

Cabins

 

 

Radford House has four screened cabins that can accommodate 8 -10 per cabin for overnight use. The cabins offer a primitive camping adventure with no electricity, but the Lodge serves the cabins nearby.

Camp Cahinnio | Booneville

Camp Cahinnio is unavailable during the 2023 membership year.

Camp Cahinnio is nestled on nearly 400 acres of woodlands near Booneville in west central Arkansas and includes 23-acre Lake Takima, swimming pool, archery range, arts and crafts pavilion, hiking trails, air-conditioned dining, and four separate living units for campers. For those who love to boat and swim, Camp Cahinnio is known for its watersports. Lake Takima is a great place for campers to practice canoe skills and try their hand at sailing.

Camp Cahinnio hosts river trip opportunities for girls entering 7th grade and above who have basic canoeing knowledge. Camp Cahinnio also offers traditional camp activities such as hiking, arts and crafts, cooking outdoors, singing and more!

Camp Cahinnio is accredited by the American Camp Association (ACA). Maintaining an ACA accreditation requires regular reviews of our entire operation to ensure compliance with up to 300 voluntary health and safety standards in areas ranging from staff qualifications and training to emergency management.

Dining Hall

 

 

The dining hall has a fully functional commercial kitchen (walk-in cooler, two high capacity ice machines, high capacity commercial freezer, double-stack convection ovens) and functions well as a meeting space, activity space and dining facility. Capacity of 99.

Jeffery House

Jeffery House accommodates 10 people sleeping on bunk beds. It offers a full kitchen and modern bathroom facilities including a shower.

Broken Arrows Unit

 

The Broken Arrows Unit has nine heated and cooled cabins with three bunk beds in each that accommodate six per cabin for overnight use. An outdoor cooking area is provided and includes a campfire circle and picnic area. The Broken Arrows Unit is served by a separate bathhouse. 

Tipi Unit

 

The Tipi Unit has eight canvas platform tents and can accommodate four per tent for overnight use. An outdoor cooking area is provided and includes a campfire circle and picnic area. The Tipi Unit is served by a separate bathhouse.

Outpost

 

This unit has two sleeping platforms and four gravel pads for tents or open sleeping under the night sky. While there is no covered shelter at the Outpost it is a perfect location for pitching a tent. The Outpost offers a rustic camping adventure with pit latrines and a hand pump well for water. Capacity of 40.

Tree House

The Tree House is an elevated cabin with two sleeping rooms. Capacity of 10.

Swimming Pool/Pool House

 

The swimming pool is in operation from Memorial Day through Labor Day and has a capacity of 126.

Canoes

Canoes and kayaks are available for rental at Camp Cahinnio.

Camp Crossed Arrows | Floral

Camp Crossed Arrows is unavailable during the 2023 membership year.

Camp Crossed Arrows is hidden away in the Ozark hills between Searcy and Batesville. The camp’s 400 acres host a swimming pool, arts and crafts area that doubles as an underground shelter, natural rock climbing, canoeing on Salado Creek, hiking trails, archery and slingshots, dining hall and three living units. 

 

Dining Hall

The dining hall has a fully functional commercial kitchen and functions well as a meeting space and dining facility. Includes one modern bathroom/shower. Air conditioning is available in the kitchen only. The dining area has screened windows. Capacity of 78.

Eagle's Nest

 

 

This unit has bunks for up to 24 people for overnight accommodation. The Eagles Nest has a full kitchen, two modern bathroom facilities including showers, and AC/heat.

Daisy's Wigwam

 

 

 

Daisy’s Wigwam has bunks for up to 20 people for overnight accommodation. It offers a full kitchen, one modern bathroom facility including shower, and AC/heat.

Cherokee Cabins Unit 

 

The Cherokee unit has nine screened cabins that can accommodate four per cabin on camp cots for overnight use. An outdoor cooking area is provided and includes a campfire circle, covered pavilion and benches/picnic tables. Cherokee Unit is served by a separate bathhouse with five modern toilets/showers and sinks. Bathhouse/running water not available in winter months (Typically December through February).

Osage Cabins Unit 

The Osage unit has nine screened cabins that can accommodate four per cabin on camp cots for overnight use. An outdoor cooking area is provided and includes a campfire circle, covered pavilion and benches/picnic tables. Osage unit is served by a bathhouse with five modern toilets/showers and sinks. Bathhouse/running water not available in winter months (contact for details on seasonal availability).

Swimming Pool

The pool capacity is 102.

Nurse’s Cabin

 

The Nurse’s Cabin can accommodate four for overnight use. It offers a modern bathroom including shower. This unit has no heating but offers air-conditioning. Running water not available in winter months (contact for details on seasonal availability).

Canoes

Canoes are available for rental for use on sections of Salado Creek located on the camp property.

The Center for Nonprofits (CFN) at St. Mary’s

At the CFN, we share eight meeting spaces with the other nonprofit tenants in the building. You can view these spaces here. Reservations and viewings for these spaces must be made through The Center for Nonprofits at St. Mary’s. You can do so by calling Customer Service at 479-936-8218 or by emailing cfnevents@jonestrust.org. All meeting space rentals at The Center for Nonprofits at St. Mary’s are free of charge to registered Girl Scout members. There is also a nice outside playground area.

The Jones Center in Springdale

The Center for Nonprofits at St. Mary’s is included in The Jones Trust and because of this, we can also reserve nine meeting spaces at The Jones Center in Springdale. You can view these spaces here. These spaces are not free but registered Girl Scout members can receive a 30-75% discount on rental fees (depending on what the space is being used for). If you are interested in booking a space at The Jones Center, please email us at property@girlscoutsdiamonds.org so that we can work with the event coordinator on the best possible price for your group.
