Online Shopping

GSUSA Offline Order Form

Visit us at one of our three Girl Scouts - Diamonds retail shops.

Merchandise pre-orders by phone, or email.

  • Phone: Call 800-632-6894 and select the SHOP (option #3) to speak to a member of our retail team to place an order. If we don't answer, leave a message and your call will be retuned within 48 business hours. Orders can be delivered to a Girl Scouts - Diamonds office near you for pick up or mailed based on the USPS flat rate shipping costs.
  • Email:  Merchandise Order Forms can be scanned to retail@girlscoutsdiamonds.org.  The expected response time is within 48 business hours of receiving your initial message. Orders can be delivered to an office near you for pick up or mailed based on USPS flat rate shipping costs.

Return Policy & Methods of Payment

Return Policy

  • Girl Scouts - Diamonds has an exchange only – no refund policy. Items do not have to be exchanged for the same product.
  • Exchanges are accepted in-store at any Girl Scouts – Diamonds shop and by mail using the Shop Merchandise Exchange Form within 60 days of the original purchase date.
  • If using the Shop Merchandise Exchange Form, customers are responsible for the postage cost to send exchanges to Girl Scouts - Diamonds, however Girl Scouts – Diamonds will assume the financial responsibility of mailing merchandise substitutions back to the customer.
  • Mailed exchanges can take up to 3 weeks to process from the date in which the items are received.
  • Receipt, original packaging and tags are required.
  • Defective merchandise may be exchanged for the same item. In the event a defective item is no longer available, another item may be selected.
  • Items purchased online from GSUSA can be exchanged at any Girl Scouts – Diamonds shop location if the item is currently carried in Girl Scouts – Diamonds shop inventory.

*At this time, we are unable to accept Diamonds Dollars Credits at pop-up shops

Using Diamonds Dollars (Fall/Cookies)

Diamonds Dollars (Fall/Cookies) are individual credits, acknowledging a girl’s hard work and entrepreneurial success from participation in the Girl Scout Fall Product and Cookie Programs.

There are two separate kinds of credits to choose between during reward selection:

Traditional Diamonds Dollars:
These credits can be used for the following Girl Scouts – Diamonds Council purchases: membership fees, camp fees, program fees and brick and mortar shop merchandise. Traditional Product Program Credits cannot be processed online.

Online Only Diamonds Dollars:
These credits can only be used to make online shop purchases through www.girlscoutshop.com.

Diamonds Dollars expire in June of the following year in which they were issued.

Pro Tips

When selecting Diamonds Dollars, keep in mind the following:

  • Is there a shop location within a convenient distance? If your answer is no, the Online option may be a better fit for your needs.
  • How do I plan to use my program credits? If you plan to use your credits for camp, the Traditional credits would be a better fit for your needs.

Can’t make it to a Girl Scouts – Diamonds shop?

Traditional Diamonds Dollars are accepted as payment for pre-orders by phone, or email.

Traditional card balances can be checked online at https://mps.bz by entering the card number, BID and CVV. Girl Scouts - Diamonds shop staff can also check the balance of your card at any time.

Request Pop-Up Shops & Extended Shop Hours

Request a Pop-Up Shop in Your Region

Pop-up Shops can be requested by service unit volunteers for service unit events and by Girl Scouts – Diamonds staff for council hosted events. A Pop-Up Shop Request Form must be submitted via email a minimum of 30 days prior to the scheduled event date. Expected event attendance must be 100+ guests. Not all Pop-Up Shop requests will be approved. 

Request Extended Shop Hours

Extended shop hours can be requested by service unit volunteers and by Girl Scouts – Diamonds staff. An Extended Shop Hour Request Form must be submitted via email a minimum of 15 days prior to the listed date and a minimum of 30 days for merchandise pre-orders. Not all extended shop hour requests will be approved.

Approval of pop-up shops and extended shop hour requests will be based on the following key factors: staff availability, current request schedule, community/brand impact, and required staff travel time.
