Open to all Girl Scout levels, this hands-on photography workshop at the Arkansas Arboretum invites girls to explore the beauty of nature through the lens of a camera. Participants will learn the fundamentals of photography and composition, including how to frame a shot, use natural light, and capture unique perspectives in the great outdoors. Cameras will be provided for shared use, allowing every Girl Scout to practice her new skills while expressing creativity and discovering the art of storytelling through images. This enriching experience combines outdoor adventure with artistic exploration, inspiring girls to see nature in a whole new way. A minimum of 8 Girl Scouts is required to host this program.
