Program Aide Training is designed for older Girl Scouts who are ready to step into leadership and make a difference in the Girl Scout experience for younger members. During this engaging and interactive training, participants will develop the skills needed to confidently assist with troop meetings, events, and activities while serving as positive role models. Girls will learn how to work with younger age levels, guide group activities, and support troop leaders in a meaningful and responsible way. This training focuses on communication, teamwork, and age-appropriate engagement strategies, helping participants build confidence in their leadership abilities. By the end of the training, Girl Scouts will be prepared to take on the Program Aide role, giving them valuable experience in mentoring, planning, and service. This is a great opportunity for girls who enjoy working with others, want to strengthen their leadership skills, and are interested in giving back to their Girl Scout community.
