This Silver Award workshop is designed to help girls begin their journey toward earning the highest award for Girl Scout Cadettes. During this session, participants will gain a clear understanding of the Silver Award requirements, expectations, and overall process. Girls will explore how to identify issues in their communities that matter to them and begin brainstorming meaningful Take Action project ideas that create lasting impact. The workshop will also guide participants through the early planning stages, including setting goals, thinking about sustainability, and understanding what makes a project truly effective. By the end of the session, girls will feel more confident, prepared, and excited to take their first steps toward completing a successful Silver Award project.
